My father passed away. He created a will in 2007. My adult brothers and sisters were listed on the will and I was not. I was 12 at the time, Am I still entitled to the estate?

If you were not included in the will, and he left you nothing then you are entitled to nothing. However, if you can prove that your father was coerced when the will was written and he was somehow incapacitated you have a case.

If you were not named as a beneficiary or a provision for you was not included, you are excluded from receiving any portion of the estate.
