Husband and wife have a will. Husband leaves his children from a previous marriage a small portion of the estate. Upon husband's death, can the wife change the will taking out his children's?

It?s never a good idea to have a joint will for this reason. Wife should have her own will as well as husband having his own will. Once a person dies, the latest will is the effective will (just be sure that someone knows about the newest will).
