I was married in Ethiopia, 10 years ago. I was away from her for 9 years and I am in USA now. I petitioned her but failed and she gets married to someone in Ethiopia. I am still single, how can I divorce her and marry another. I want to apply citizenship as a single man but my immigration document says married how can I solve this.
