How should I pay my back taxes? 2 Answers as of August 02, 2010

I received notification from the IRS for an intent to Levy on 7/26/2010. I currently owe $9,400 in back taxes. I set up a payment plan last year but was unable to pay 2009 taxes by 6/2010. Therefore, they terminated my installment agreement. I cannot afford to be garnished or have my account levied. Please help.
