Varies based on the number of parties to be served. There is a filing fee, service fees, and then the lawyer fees which vary, too. Contact a couple of local lawyers to get fee quotes.

It depends on jurisdiction, the attorney you hire, the statutory fees, and whether or not you were discharged. Finally, a Felony cost more than a misdemeanor in some places. We simply need more information to answer. But as a guideline think of it this way. $350-500 for the filing fee, service is $15 per party (plan between 7 and 12). This is just the money given to the court, no lawyer's fees yet. Your lawyer will spend at least a hour looking up your eligibility to determine if this case is ripe for expungement or Non-Disclosure (there is a legal difference) and calculating discharge, another 30 minutes preparing a discharge order if needed, then drafting the Motion to expunge (or Motion to Non-Disclose) will take between 1.5-2.0 hours, looking up the TRN and other matters may add some time. Then add in the time you spend on the phone with the lawyer, or in his/her office. Add in the filing cost (if it is electronically filed) copy cost. Finally, a conference with the DA's office, and a hearing, preparing the order, and ensuring all of the right documents and signed and served on the right parties and you have a total of between 5 and 10 hours of legal work at the attorney's current billing rate. Short version: $500 in cost + 10 hours are the usual billing rate in your area should get the job done and if you are lucky, you may get away with less.
