As a permanent resident, your mother is not eligible to sponsor her married daughter for immigration. If she becomes a citizen, she can do it then. The wait for married children of US citizens can be years long.

If you are married, you cannot be petitioned by a green card holder anymore because you are no longer qualified as a child under the law. If your husband is a green card holder he can petition you. He may become a citizen in a few years.

As a green card holder, your mother can not file for you if you are married. She will have to be a naturalized citizen first. But maybe your spouse is an American citizen? This will cut your waiting time to a few months (Provided you are admissible).
