My husband is a convicted felon. He was charged with my unloaded hand under his seat (I was in the car too). He was also charged with felony of possession of a controlled substance, class A misdemeanor of possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use & class A misdemeanor of receiving stolen property (sign from a federal park).

Your husband is facing many years in prison and jail time on the misdemeanors. He needs to hire the very best criminal defense attorney he can afford. If he is not already represented I might be able to offer my services to him. I have handled hundreds of criminal cases in the thirty-three years that I have been practicing law.
