How long does this take for a revocation hearing? 3 Answers as of October 25, 2013

My son is waiting his revocation hearing. He has been in now for a month and still no date. His original charges are DUIs so it is going back to his original charges, just not sure what sentence he could get?

He could get the balance of his probation, revoked to prison. He does not need to be brought to court, until the judge is ready, which may be 30 days or 90 days.
