Even though I was not taken to court. I have child abuse on my record. How long will that be on there, and possible of getting it reduced or taken off?

If you mean that it was dismissed, then there should not be any public record of it. There will however be the arrest record, which is available to law enforcement. You can expunge that only if you can prove there was no probable cause for the arrest. In other words, you essentially have to prove actual innocence.
