If it was a misdemeanor supervision, you can seal it 3 years after your supervision ends and expunge it after 5 years. If it was a misdemeanor conviction, you can only seal it 4 years after the completion of your conditional discharge or probation. If it is a felony conviction, it is only expugnable if you obtain a pardon from the governor.
