This is a bureaucratic issue. The IRS will release the tax lien when you prove that it has been paid or they have a record of full payment. They will not move faster than they normally do which is usually 30 days.

There is no way to get it released any quicker. Once the lien is satisfied, bank accounts are released faster than real property.
