The same way a man gives up his rights. She will have to sign a series of papers in which she gives up all rights, including visitation and everything else with her child or children and it will have to be overseen by the Court at some point. The father's attorney will usually take care of preparation of all appropriate paperwork. I suggest she think long and hard before she gives up her children. It's a lifelong decision.
