How do we go about divorce mediator? 3 Answers as of January 20, 2014

We want to separate the finances, I figure since we don't live together we should think about divorce. We have always stated we would be. Never leave the other financial broke.

I would suggest you Google divorce mediator and then your County. Check them out before choosing. Good luck.

Go on line and research Family Law Mediators in your county. A good place to start would be going to my website below. Mediation is a great idea.

You should probably try to sit down to figure out all assets and debts that are marital. Then you can try to figure out what a fair division of items would be. Once that has been agreed, you should contact an attorney who can put your agreement into a formal legal agreement to be submitted to court.
