How do we get him legally divorced so that we can move forward with our lives? 6 Answers as of October 19, 2015

My fiancé was married before we met. Their marriage fell apart and they were separated for two years before we met. He had filed a couple of times and she made things very difficult. We have been together for 13 years with absolutely no contact with her. We don't know where she is and have children together.
