How do I minimize jail time after getting my Second OVI in 6 years? 1 Answers as of April 11, 2011

I got a second OVI 5 years and 10 months after my first one, but I only blew a .087. In addition, the police officer who arrested me was arrested a couple months ago for an OVI himself. I skipped court because I didn't want to go to jail but now I think I need to turn myself in and get this sorted out. How should I go about it and is there any possibility of avoiding jail time, and if not, how do I minimize it?

You should turn yourself in and sounds like you have some things to talk about.
