I bought my house in 2001. Theres a little piece of land right behind my house that is deemed flood zone. The developer said it was a push- off area for debris that came from building the roads, and just excess dirt and stone from construction. It was to be connected to lot 34, because it was useless land, and cant be used. Ive cleared, leveled and maintained this property for 10 years. Now, theres a neighbor in another sub division claiming the lot is his.
