How do I get information about our board of directors? Posted on February 21, 2011

I am a new Board of Director for a campground community. We have been corresponding by emails. We just received an individual from the Vice President stating we are not to send mass emails concerning maintenance, security, etc. There is a chain of command. Please be respectful of this. I am a new board director and want to be aware of all functions, monies, etc since I am responsible to our community members. I do not feel wanting to be kept in the loop is disrespectful and will be voicing my opinion at our next Executive Board Meeting. Being I am Chairperson of Public Relations how can I approach this individual without causing more tension among my fellow Board Members? Thank You.
