If you are the father, you should have the right to get information. You will probably not get anyone on the phone. I would suggest you go to the DFCS office in the appropriate county in person and tell them who you are and ask for information. If there is a deprivation case filed in juvenile court, as the father you should have a right to view that file as well. If these things do not work, you need to have a consultation with an attorney to determine what to do.
