How do I get the divorce finalized without having to pay for her part? 4 Answers as of September 20, 2011

I filed for divorce, papers were signed by both parties, I paid for my end of the paperwork which was $350. She did not pay her part then moved out of the country. How do I get the divorce finalized without having to pay her part? Now we are just legally separated.

You are not "legally separated"; you are merely "separated" now. Under the circumstances, you should pay your wife's Response Fee if you want the divorce.
