How do I file for annulment when I have no idea where the husband is? 1 Answers as of June 15, 2011I married in Las Vegas, which is where I lived in 1985. Two weeks after, I found out he used a fake name and was a con man so I left him on our travels in Arizona and haven't seen him again. Can I get this annulled all this time later?

Perhaps. Nevada's annulment laws are pretty open, and the simple passage of time is not a specified barrier. See http://www.willicklawgroup.com/annulment. You don't need to know where he is to get the annulment started, although service by publication takes a bit longer and costs a bit more.
