A motion to dismiss your own case? Or someone else's case? Why do you want to do it anonymously? If this involves your own case, ask your attorney as they should file any motions on your behalf. If this is for someone else, it cannot be done "anonymously", you will either have to tell the police or the District Attorney why you do not wish to pursue the charges and hope that they dismiss them (the case is theirs as the prosecuting authority, not yours). If they refuse, consult with an attorney to discuss in details your potential options.

You can't file an anonymous motion. Only someone with "standing" may file a motion in court.
