How do I evict a tenant who has not paid rent since March without a written lease? 3 Answers as of May 27, 2011

My tenants refuse to leave, & have no intentions of paying the rent they owe me. They stopped paying rent in March. We have no written lease. I want to put my house up for sale, so I really want them out.

You need to file an eviction lawsuit. Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and let's get moving on this for you. No charge for the first office visit. I know people worry about how expensive a lawyer is, so I am careful to be as inexpensive as I can for my clients. Before you spend a dime, you will know how much this is likely to be.
