How do I add my second last name to my DACA ID? 2 Answers as of April 16, 2015

I got approved but just realized I didn't include my second last name on my application for renewal. Now my new permit doesn't match my full name on my ID, SS card, or my expired DACA ID. What should I do? Will this be a problem?

If it is by your mistake, you will need to re-apply and pay the full fee. If it USCIS' mistake, then just bring that to their attention. An infopass appointment can do the trick.

You will need to file a form to correct the EAD card, and likely you will have to pay the filing fee again, if you really want to have the bames match.
