How can you have a warrant for arrest and probation doesn't know? 1 Answers as of September 03, 2012

Police came to my home 2 months ago with warrant for my husband for identity theft and receiving stolen property, he has been reporting to his probation in the Philadelphia county and Delaware county those 2 months but they haven't mentioned it. The warrant people are still regularly coming to my house, how come his parole officers don't know?

There is no real parole/probation issue until the arrest occurs. Although parole/probation officers have authority to arrest,an arrest by someone else will not hit the system until the arrest occurs.
