How can we get him removed from the title so that he has no rights to any of the proceeds of the sale of the condo? 1 Answers as of February 18, 2013

My mother is 92 and in perfect health and of sound mind. She owns a condo in Pembroke Pines, FL. I have two brothers. All three of us are on the Title. One of my brothers no longer has anything to do with any of us. My mother has already recently changed her will to remove him completely. She was told by the Attorney that it would be very difficult to have his name removed from the title to the condo.

Your brother would have to sign a deed quit claiming his interest to the rest of you in order for his name to come off the title to the property. You cannot remove his name otherwise.
