How can I visit my wife in jail? 2 Answers as of December 14, 2011
I was denied to see my wife in prison for a out of state warrant that is not arrestable. I had that warrant while I was incarcerated and the d.o.c released me. How can they not allow me to see my wife? I am a primary visitor and our son can't go see her without me and now my wife is doing bad. My family is falling apart because we cannot have visits. That is my wife and I need to see her as well as our son. Help me, please.Free Case Evaluation by a Local Lawyer!

You will need to comply with the visiting requirements of the confinement facility you want to visit.

This "outstanding" warrant needs to be quashed. It would likely require speaking with the prosecutor where the warrant is and potentially having a hearing on the matter.
