You can file for a fiance visa for her but that will take close to a year. Once this is on file you may be able to get her a visitor visa to come and assist in your rehabilitation if the doctor letter is convincing enough but with the understanding she intends to return to process her fiance case overseas when the time comes.

Only if your fiance can get a tourist visa to come to the US. There are no special provisions for her to come to visit you or take care of you while you are in the hospital or rehab. Have you already petitioned your fiance for a fiance visa? Is that already pending or approved? Please let me know if you have any additional questions or how I can be of further assistance to you in this matter.

You may file a fiance visa petition. Once the processing is completed and the visa petition is granted, your fiance can enter the USA based upon the fiance visa petition. Please take note that fiance visa petition allows for 90 days within which the petitioner and beneficiary have to get legally married. Otherwise, she would not be meeting her fiance visa requirements.

If your main purpose is for her to assist you, she should apply for B2 visa. If your main reason is for her to come here to marry you, then you should file K-1 visa for her. File the visa application with the USCIS. It may take several months(3 month average) for the USCIS to adjudicate the application. It may take additional 3-4 months for the US embassy to issue the K-1 visa.

Apply for an I-129 Fiance Visa (also known as a K-1 Fiance Visa). It will take about 3-4 months for it to be granted, after which she will be able to come to the U.S., though you will have to marry within 90 days of her arrival. You can apply for a Fiance visa. The first step would be to file an application in the United States with the USCIS (Forms I130 and I129F with supporting documents). The second step would be for your Fiance to go for an interview at the US consulate in Philippines. She will have to provide evidence of a valid relationship, that you have met each other before and that you are able to support her financially. The first stage can take up to 6 months to get approval and then up to an additional 6 months for her to get the visa stamped in her passport. After she arrives in the United States, you will have to get married in 90 days.

You must file a petition for alien fianc(e) with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and demonstrate that you have met your fiance in person within the last two years and that you have a good faith intent to marry within 90 days of her admission. After USCIS approves and forwards your petition to the U.S. Embassy at Manila, your fiance may apply for a K-1 visa, enter the U.S. in the designated fiance classification, receive employment authorization, conclude your intended marriage within 90 days of admission, adjust status to lawful permanent residence, and receive a Permanent Resident Card (green card). The process is somewhat complicated and, therefore, I suggest that you employ the services of an experienced immigration attorney.
