How can I get more than they are offering for my personal injury? 1 Answers as of November 02, 2010

I got my eyebrows waxed which I do often. I went to a newer gal and she waxed my eyelids. She burnt them and caused cuts and blistered. The salon is in Westlake. It is owned by a larger company and they offered me $250.00 which is ridiculous. Can you help me? I deserve more. I have pictures of the injuries. Thank you.
