I have a green card, but I currently live outside USA. I am planning to shift in US permanently with my spouse, what's the process of bringing her to US?

If you have not violated requirements for green card holder, you can apply immigrant visa for her. Be aware that a marriage certificate alone does not satisfy immigration law's requirements for good faith marriage. Immigration officer's assumption is that the marriage is fraudulent.
