How can I get a child support and visitation order? 2 Answers as of June 15, 2011

How do I go about getting a support and visitation order registered with and have jurisdiction given to the state I currently reside? Order was issued out of Florida, non-custodial parent moved to GA, before order was issued, later both I and the child moved to AZ- have resided in AZ for the past 18months.
