How can I file a motion to set aside a conviction of failure or refusal to obey a lawful order of a police officer? This is happened only 4 months ago and the punishment was 2 days jail served. I think it is class B misdemeanor.

If it has been four months since you have been sentenced, then your time for appeal has long expired. If by "setting aside your conviction" you mean expunging it from your record, then you will have to wait five years.
