Have you ever known of a case where a contract, notarized but notary was not present at the signing, be homered by judge? Posted on February 08, 2011I was lead to believe that I was buying a house, find out its rent to own deal. Contract is notarized, notary was not there at the signing of the contract but notarized it anyway. Can the contract stand in a court of law anyway? Is it worth fighting it not to lose my down payment, or perhaps a law suit here?
