Depends on severity of the violation when charged by the police; and your prior record and whether financially related failure to have corrected the suspension. Also depends on your knowledge that your LIC was suspended.

That has nothing to do with the cause of the accident, but you will get a ticket for driving with a suspended license, which is a pretty serious offense.

Driving with a suspended license is considered a misdemeanor criminal offense, so you would likely be charged by the police. If the accident was your fault, it really doesn't matter if you were licensed or not. The other vehicle driver and occupants may bring a civil claim against you for their damages if they were hurt (or for property damage to the vehicle).
