I checked in on the status of my divorce case this morning, and these were the last two entries: August 21, 2013 Notice Of Returned Judgment Sent. August 01, 2013 default entered on dissolution of marriage no children filed February 28, 2013 Of Courtney Xxxxx As To Name.

Generally a divorce is not final unless a Notice of Entry of Judgment has been filed and mailed to both parties. If you don't see that form, you don't have a final judgment. I do suggest you actually go to the courthouse and look at your file to see its status.

From this information it's unclear whether the judgment is being returned as "entered" or further clarification is needed. If your name has been changed (unclear from last sentence) then it would appear as if your case is concluded if filed in California.
