Does a person have recourse if the HR director is not allowing him to apply for certain jobs as punishment? Posted on May 03, 2011

A person is being kept from having interviews for positions that he is qualified to pursue because the human resources director is punishing him for efforts to correct a situation in which he believed he was wronged. Does this person have any legal standing to try and change this situation?
