Do you legally have to be notified of being ineligible to be rehired? Posted on February 16, 2011
I worked for BOA for almost 3 years. I left BOA in 2008 following an unpaid leave of absence of 4 months. Is that legal that they didn’t notify me that I am ineligible to be rehired? Aren’t they supposed to let me know that?
