Do I need to update any paperwork yearly when I have a single member LLC? 3 Answers as of July 31, 2011

I am going into my second year as a single member LLC. Do I need to do anything to keep my LLC current? I haven't anything else since I became an LLC and a received a business license in a year other than file my taxes of course. Thanks.
