How long do I have to put the misdemeanor on an application that happened back in 2002? Do I still need to put that on my application?

It depends on what the application asks for. If it asks you to list anything you were charged with, then you need to list it. If it only asks for felony charges, you don't have to list it if it was a misdemeanor. If it asks for all convictions, you need to list it if you were convicted. Whatever the job is, you will disqualify yourself if you lie and they find out about it.

That would depend on your application. If it says convicted of a crime, then yes.
