Do I need interlock for reinstatement after an old DUI case? 1 Answers as of November 30, 2016

DUI was in 2007. All reinstatement requirements met a few years ago, but I never bothered to get license back, no need. Now I do need a license, but interlock laws have changed. Am I subject to new reinstatement laws, or laws in place when I was actually convicted?

Your situation would be governed by the laws in place at the time you were revoked.
