Do I need a good cause waiver? Posted on August 12, 2011

I was charged with a misdemeanor larceny in 2006, completed probation and paid all fines, do I need a good cause waiver to work for an In-Home Health service? I have worked for a nursing home with this charge, but upon research, the waiver is for robbery which is a crime against persons, while larceny is actually a crime against property? What should I do?
