I am married but now seperated. Had children while we were together. Now he is on child support and is trying to weasle out. we had a court date in another county but could not attend. The court ordered a patenity test for both of the children. How when we are married and it states that in florida statue 742.091 if that is the case then statue 742.021 is void. Theyare threatening me with cuttint off my medicaid if I do not go. and niether one of us were present at the hearing.
