Do I have to sign to the mediation papers? Posted on May 13, 2011

I went to mediation with my ex on custody of my child and the things we agreed on were in my papers his lawyer sent me but he added things that I didn’t agree on. His lawyer sent me the papers through the mail to sign so the judge can sign it but I don’t want to because I didn’t agree on those things extra that the lawyer added. And he is trying to get my husband to drop some charges on my ex but my husband don’t want to and my husbands name is not on this case. Do I have to sign or can I not sign and wait till the court date?
