Do I have to put my children on my ex husbands insurance? Posted on March 14, 2011

My ex husband is court ordered to pay $228.00 bi weekly for 3 children and medical insurance as well. He has requested to put the kids on his wife's insurance. I do not feel comfortable with that. Do I have to let him? Also he has not seen the kids in 8 years and would like to see the kids. He is now going back to court for a downward modification and visitation. My children do not want to see him, but I still want child support. Any advice?
