I signed up for truck driving school 31 years ago. I got a student loan for $3210.80 I didn’t attend school and the company kept the money. I filed bankruptcy in 2005, I’m on SS disability, have no assets, and the company wants me to pay $321.00 to close this account. Do I have to pay?
