Do I have to disclose a trademark application to my employer? 2 Answers as of March 23, 2011

If I apply for a trademark and am currently employed with an employer with whom I have signed a non-disclosure, development and non-competition agreement with "assign all invention" clause, do I have to disclose it to my employer?

Trademarks are not inventions, so that provision should not raise an issue. You should consider if the trademark is confidential company information, or intertwined with the development work. You'd also have to provide more details about the trademark, the nature of the product that the mark is intended to designate, and what rights your company has in such product.
