Do I have rights to my earned benefits as a pregnant employee? Posted on July 12, 2011

I have worked for this company for 5 years. I was laid off for about 6 months. I returned to work approximately one year ago. I was told I would maintain my tenure. I am now pregnant and the company only offers paid maternity leave to employees that have 3 or more years with the company. My other benefits are affected as well. They are unwilling to work with me. Is there anything I can do?
