Do I have the right to quit and collect unemployment? Posted on May 13, 2011

My employer of 3.5 years is changing my working hours from 7a to 330p to 9 to 530 after 2 years. is that something that they can do or do I have the right to quit and collect unemployment? Should I decline and have them fire me and would I be able to collect unemployment?
