I was released from my employer with no previous warnings write-ups or complaints reason given was for instruction

California is an at-will employment state. This means they can release you for any reason or no reason, just not an unlawful discriminatory reason such as age, race, religion, etc. File for unemployment and look for a new job. Notice is not required.
