Do I have a good DUI defense case? 1 Answers as of June 01, 2011I was pulled over for a careless driving and DUI pending a blood test. The police officer said as well as on the ticket that I was pulled over for striking a curb and driving on the sidewalk. I went back the next day to get my car and looked at where the alleged incident took place and noticed that there is no sidewalk. They were parked in a parking lot across the street. My question is: Is there a defense for this in court considering they pulled me over and the facts are wrong?

There could be a defense - it certainly make sense to consult a lawyer. I'd be happy to talk to you about this. We would get the police report and see what they say, in addition to hearing your recollections of the event and looking at the scene.
