Do I have a case after getting a traffic ticket? Posted on May 23, 2011

I was ticketed for passing a school but I did not see, I still believe one was not there. At the court the officer had no proof what so ever aside from his word and dismissed my evidence that there was no bus there as here say (was emails from 2 officials from the school district) and I was still found guilty. I believe the judge ruled in the officer's favor to create revenue, is that ethical or even legal to charge someone with a crime and to be found guilty with out a single bit of evidence?
